If it goes down well, you can try some other friendly interactions and see what their reaction is. Once they're no longer feeling sad, approach them and make your Sim apologize. They won't speak to you at all without being angry for the first day, so just leave them alone. Like before, you start off the challenge with your ex hating your guts-this needs to change. This Scenario is exactly the same as Outcome #1 except you don't need to fill the Romance bar at all. Outcome #2: A Sim is Best Friends With Someone They've Broken Up With But once you do, you'll be rewarded with 5,000 Satisfaction Points. The Scenario will be completed once the Romance bar is full, so even if you're newlyweds, you probably will still have work to do in order to finish your task. It can even lead to marriage if you wish. Enough of this and you'll be able to ask them to be your partner. Once their mood changes to Flirty, you can confess your attraction to them and potentially make a move. If that goes well, try holding their hand or hugging them. Once the Friendship bar is high enough, you can risk a Flirty interaction like complimenting their appearance to raise the Romance bar. Don't expect this to be a five-minute job, though-it may take several in-game days of this. Ask them about their day, their hobbies, and what music they listen to. The easiest way to build Friendship without cheating is to use multiple positive interactions. And from there, it has to be built up enough to reach Good Friend status before you can become Soulmates. You can get them to gather collectibles like fishing or harvesting plants, or you can throw them straight into the deep end and make them get a job. But regardless, your Sim needs to get to work straight away. That's right, you don't even get any money to pay the bills! Because of this, it is recommended that you choose a lot that's already furnished and that's small to start off with to save yourself the pain of buying furniture and paying more than you have to. When your Sim first moves into their house, the Scenario deliberately sets the household funds to zero. They can get a job and work their way up the ranks of their career path honestly, or you can use cheats to fill their pockets-though where's the fun in that? How your Sim makes that moolah is up to you. Will they be in tech? Make them a Genius, for example. Pick Traits that will complement the job your Sim will have too. It is recommended that when creating your Sim in Create-A-Sim, you choose the Fabulously Wealthy Aspiration. There are multiple potential outcomes for a Scenario, good or bad, and how it ends depends on the actions you make your Sims take. You have to create new Sims or use ones from the Gallery as you can't apply a Scenario to an existing Household, unfortunately. You get to choose the Sims you put into the Scenario, though they have to reach specific requirements for the challenge such as a certain age.
